Addressing precinct 2's most vital needs
With rapid growth in Medina County, ensuring our community thrives means focusing on core issues that impact daily life. Eli Arroyo is committed to bringing essential services closer to home, prioritizing local healthcare, comprehensive veteran support, and accessible assistance for our elderly and disabled residents.

Local healthcare: a critical priority
The fast growth of Precinct 2 demands robust infrastructure, especially access to local medical care. Too many families are forced to travel to San Antonio for basic health services and emergencies. Eli Arroyo is focused work with the state and by doing research to see how we can bring clinics, an emergency room, and ultimately a hospital to Castroville, significantly improving outcomes and overall quality of life for all residents of Medina County.

Honoring our veterans: a local VA clinic
As a Navy veteran himself, Eli understands the critical need to support those who have served our country. Establishing a VA clinic accessibility would provide much-needed care for veterans and their families. This is a deeply personal priority for Eli, reflecting our community’s responsibility to honor and care for our heroes right here in Medina County.

Support for our most vulnerable: accessible services
As our population grows, so does the need to support our disabled and elderly residents. These members of our community depend heavily on accessible services. Making essential services more accessible, dignified, and efficient for everyone in Castroville and Precinct 2.
"These issues matter deeply to the people of Precinct 2 because they touch the most basic parts of daily life: health, dignity, family stability, and access to essential services. Eli Arroyo is committed to ensuring that growth does not leave our most vulnerable residents behind, protecting families and strengthening the future of Medina County."
